been a while. haven't been doing much between shoulder (almost better - collar bone was not re-seating properly), the discomfort of the braces and (deep breath) scouts, ballet, recital, packing, Europe trip, training, facebook, pool repairs, car repairs, dojo, upgrades to daughter's room and life in general.
have a handful of updates, ready to test for 100 reverse crunches (going to try tonight) - I hope.
