these numbers aren't as good (pushups). did them after 2 hours of dojo practice...
crunches: 14/18/14/14/40 on a spec of (same/20)
pushups: 30/11/7/8/9/7 (total 72)

Crunch Week 2 - Day 3

now doing pushups in the gaps between crunch sets. as many as possible each time. just trying to build things up and see what kind of improvement can be eeked out. looks like the time off helped a little bit...
crunches: 16/17/14/14/34 on a spec of (same/20)
pushups: 40/20/10/6/5/6 (total 93)

time got away from me. the usual excuses. did 11/15/9/9/20 on a spec of (same/13). time off didn't seem to hurt too badly. still ignoring pushups. gotta do something about that.

new plan - stalled after the end of Week 5, and couldn't seem to get it going again. So... Time to start over again with Crunches this time.
